All Coaching and Programming Requests regardless of option will receive a complimentary consultation to determine the best route in regards to your goals.

Hands-on Virtual Coaching Includes:

  • Weekly Updates

  • 100% Customized Programming

  • Coaching Cues and Form Checks

  • Timely Communication

Coaching and/or Programming that specializes but not limited to:

  • Powerlifting Offseason, Prep, and Peak Programming and Coaching

  • Strongman Programming and Coaching

  • Hip and Joint Rehabilitation Training

  • General Muscle Building and Strength Training

  • Sport Specific Training

  • Functional Movement Training

*For All Coaching or Programming Options, access to gym equipment is strongly recommended in order for best results.*

Virtual Coaching with 2 to 3 Days of Programming

$225 / mo. or $2,100/year ($600 discount for a One Year Contract)

Virtual Coaching with 4 to 5+ Days of Programming

$250 / mo. or $2,400/year ($600 discount for a One Year Contract)

Whether it’s for competitions in strength sports or just trying to be the stronger version of yourself, Hands-on Virtual Coaching provides the tools needed and the necessary recommended steps in order to make goals into reality

Custom Strongmate Programming Template

$10* per workout

A programming Template will be created that will vary based on the number of programmed workouts per week and the goals set for you! The program is designed to be at your pace, whether you just want a start-up plan or even a peak program for your next competition.

(*Programming Option is only available at a minimum of 8 weeks to a maximum of 12 weeks set with NO “Hands-on” Coaching. Programming Option will have a minimum of 3 workouts a week to a maximum of 5 workouts a week with a “Paid in Full Option” Only.)
